How do I pay?

Payment is made on site, in cash (XPF), on the day of the tour. No deposit is required at booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions do not allow us to go out safely, the tour is rescheduled or fully refunded. Your safety is our priority.

Are tours suitable for children?

Yes, most of our tours are accessible to children from age 6. The coral garden and cultural activities are especially family-friendly.

Can we combine several tours?

Absolutely! Contact us to build a custom itinerary. Preferential rates apply when booking multiple tours.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Not required, though it helps to enjoy the lagoon fully. Life jackets are available for all participants. Cultural activities are done on land. For snorkeling, Arii adapts the experience to your level.

What language are the tours in?

Tours are guided in French and Tahitian, and can also be adapted to English depending on the group's preference.
