General terms and conditions of sale
The ariitoursmaupiti website is published by Ariihau, independent local guide, Maupiti, French Polynesia (98732). Contact: Ariitoursmaupiti987@gmail.com / +689 87 70 43 36.
Any booking request submitted through the contact form is subject to confirmation by Ariihau within 24 hours. A booking is only confirmed after written confirmation (email or WhatsApp).
No deposit is required. Payment is made on the day of the tour, in cash only (XPF - CFP Franc).
In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed dangerous by the guide, the tour will be rescheduled or fully refunded. This decision rests solely with the guide, in the interest of participant safety.
Any cancellation by the client must be communicated at least 24 hours before departure.
Participants agree to follow the guide's safety instructions and to disclose any health condition that may affect their participation. Arii Tours Maupiti accepts no liability in the event of non-compliance with these instructions.
